Fellows participate in targeted and unique professional development as they learn the requisite skills to move into a lead teacher role.

Co-Teaching Model

You’re never alone in a classroom. We pair new educators with co-teachers who work as a team to grow students from uncertainty to mastery.

Year-Round Support

We do scenario-based practice, live feedback, data dives and weekly meetings to ensure that you’re continuously learning, practicing and leveling up.
