Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Nikki Dickens served in a development capacity for Meeting Street Schools’ as our Community Partnerships Lead, focusing on building and guiding external relationships in the pursuit of supporting our mission.
In her current role, Nikki both manages the day to day operations of our network staff and also serves as the liaison between Operations, School Leadership, and the Board.
Nikki’s career has included non-profit leadership and organizational management, NPO executive and Board stewardship, strategic communications and planning, and team management.
